Step into the timeless world of classic burlesque!
In this workshop, we’ll begin with a sensual walk to awaken stage presence and posture. Then we’ll dive into the art of the bump & grind, using rhythm and curves to explore sensual expression, and wrap it up with a playful dose of shimmy to let the body vibrate with joy and confidence.
Through guided exercises and simple choreographic moments, we’ll work on body awareness, elegant movement, and the playful power of classic seduction. No prior experience needed, just bring your curiosity and your desire to feel fabulous in your own skin.
What to bring/wear:
Fishnet stockings (classic or patterned, your choice)
Dance shoes or comfortable heels/flats that make you feel secure and sexy
Culottes or comfy dancewear that allows freedom of movement
And most importantly: an outfit that makes you feel beautiful, bold, and inspired! Think lace, ribbons, vintage touches, sparkles… unleash your creativity and dress up for you.
